Lettings Service

Our Property Lettings service is a comprehensive A-Z property management service which complements our Management and Housekeeping services.

Unlike the majority of property management or lettings agents, we manage every step of the lettings process to ensure you receive the highest quality of service and the knowledge that your property is being actively and profitably marketed.

Communication

We assign a personal 24/7 Property Services Manager to provide help and advice when you need it. We update you regularly on your property so you always know what’s going on.

Letting Profile

We make it our business to understand your letting appetite and ideal guest profile – when you want to let, to whom and how. If there's a profile of guest you prefer to avoid, we take note. If you want your guests vetted we make sure we probe with appropriate and courteous questions. You can of course block out any dates for your own personal use at 7-days’ short notice.

Rental Income Projections

We undertake a rental income review and projections and advise on rental periods and rental amounts. You can take our advice or specify what you want. Our local knowledge and experience are focused on meeting your specific objectives.

Marketing

Our marketing package includes photographing your property by our partner Yves Garneau and offering advice on how best to showcase and prepare your property to let. We then list your property across various platforms to maximise booking opportunities that meet your letting expectations. Raising your marketing profile has a significant impact on the rental rates you can achieve, the frequency of bookings and the quality of guest you attract. We discuss with you our travel agent partners, our advertising, our promotions and the various OTAs (online travel agents) we can employ.

You Tell Us What You Like and What You Don’t

We ask our clients to let us know their ‘letting appetite’ and we tailor our sales and marketing accordingly. We are happy to work on behalf of chalet owners irrespective of the time period they wish to rent – be it one month or up to a full year.

Pre-letting

We manage all potential guest communication and bookings. We make sure they fit your pre-defined requirements and we politely highlight the importance of property care and respect for your home before, during and prior to departure. This will greatly increase the care and respect guests have for your property.

Letting (check-in)

We greet your guests on arrival and make sure they are familiarised with the property and with any special requests or requirements you want them to know about. During their stay, we manage any guest queries or problems and we offer a range of Guest Services should they need them. We collect their Tourist Tax for you and make sure they depart on time and take all their belongings with them.

Post-letting (check-out)

We do a full inspection of your property after your guests have left. We will log, photograph and immediately report to you any damage, loss or problems and await your instruction.
