Although MBM Chalets has managed our property for a relatively short time, they have already become quite indispensable. With no task too large or small, they have assisted us with jobs ranging from watering plants though to assisting in discussions with local planning. 

The changeovers are completed to a very high standard and our chalet is left spotless each time. It gives us great confidence knowing that our chalet is in safe hands.

We were happily managing our chalet ourselves before we met the MBM Chalets team who outlined their proposition.

We actually took a long time to decide if we wanted a third party managing the property as we primarily use the chalet ourselves but live in the Caribbean. In hindsight, the decision is an absolute no-brainer. We have been beyond impressed by the service provided.

Martin has been at our beck and call ever since and consistently goes far above and beyond our expectations. In the short time we have been working together, he has overseen extensive repair works on the chalet, friends staying without a key, two in-depth cleaning cycles, paying local taxes and insurance, setting up a post box and many more things too long to mention here.

But it’s not just the core operational items Mont Beau Ménage has overseen, it’s the little touches that really make the difference and they truly understand what ‘service’ is. Arriving at your chalet after 6 months away and it is absolutely spotless, with a fridge full of your favourite food and a bottle of champagne on ice, is such a lovely feeling.

I would happily recommend the service to anyone with a similar setup to us, they have not put a single foot wrong. So much so we are now considering doing some peak rentals through them as I have such confidence in them looking after the chalet. Bravo!

As the owner of Chalet Skyfall and the wife of one of its directors… I would of course have a vested interest in writing a good review!

But in all seriousness, I am so impressed by the way the MBM team have managed Chalet Skyfall and looked after it. The cleaning team are the best we have ever had and our bookings have increased significantly over the year. Owners and guests want good service and the public reviews we have received on Chalet Skyfall are a testament to that. Well done and thank you to the team....my faith in chalet management is restored!
