Martin brings a wealth of experience from a formal education at the Swiss Hospitality Management School at Vatel, to client-facing roles in world-renowned hotels, restaurants and hospitality establishments. He has an excellent knowledge of real estate, and gastronomy is a passion for him. As a co-founder and MBM’s Client Services Director, he combines his professional experience with excellent relationship skills and rigorous attention to detail.

Matthew and his wife Jo are owners of a holiday chalet in La Tzoumaz. They have many years’ experience of letting their home and understand the quality of service expected by their guests. Matthew has broad commercial experience across a number of industry sectors and has both established, managed and grown businesses throughout his working career. Matthew heads up M.B.M Chalets as its Managing Director.

As a co-founder of M.B.M Chalets, Jo has been instrumental in shaping the high level of management and concierge services to allow owners to let out their homes with confidence; and to provide guests with the proper levels of customer service they expect. Jo also instigated our interior design services. She is a ‘headhunter’ in the investment banking industry (29 years), running her own business since 2014.
